This place suits me perfectly. I love the 24-hour reception, fitness centre, tv, and snack bar. On my first stay, the staff helped me find places with great exchange rates. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Location next to tram stop, spacious room, fitness center available
Check-in delays were frustrating!!! The noise from the train track is disruptive at night. Limited fresh options for healthy eating during breakfast could be improved!!! Management should consider better soundproofing!!!

the hampton was absolutely spotless during my stay. the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage and shopping while we explored more. also, it’s super convenient to get to the hotel from the tram stop right next door.

staying at the hampton was a great experience! the room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. it was just a 10-minute tram ride to st paul's square, where we headed for dinner and drinks. i must mention the front desk staff – they were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
The sofa bed could have been better. it wasn't very comfortable.

Had a splendid three-night stay! Room was immaculate, and the comfy bed made me feel like royalty. The shower was divine, and I appreciated the small gym for a quick workout.
Trying to balance breakfast on a bar stool was like auditioning for a circus act. A bit of a juggle, but I survived!

A proper treat at breakfast with loads of vegan options and a solid bar area for a cheeky pint after a long day. The nearby Two Towers Brewery had a cracking selection and is just a stone's throw away! Plus, the comfy bed was a killer for a solid night's sleep.

only thing id say was the sofa bed was super uncomfortable and there were no nice cafes nearby so had to travel for food.

Great Stay with Convenient Amenities!
I stayed for three nights and loved the convenient tram access right outside. The shower amenities were excellent, making my mornings refreshing. Breakfast offered a variety of options, though it could be warmer. Try to grab a seat away from the bar for a quieter dining experience!

Had a great time with friends! We loved the breakfast – so many options. We visited the nearby Pen Museum and the cool local bars. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky, but we found a secure spot nearby, so all good!
The only downside was the noisy trams outside our room. it took a bit to get used to the noise.

Good spot for exploring the city
We had a nice time staying here! The staff was super friendly and our double room was clean and comfy. It was in a great area, really easy to head out and check the sights. The breakfast was decent too, just what you need to kickstart your day. Only thing was parking was a pain, had to search for a spot nearby.

The breakfast included in the stay was decent, and the hotel is just a short walk from the Gas Hall Exhibition Gallery and the vibrant Jewellery Quarter, making it perfect for leisurely city strolls and exploring unique local spots. as a single traveler, I appreciated the cozy room that provided a warm and inviting atmosphere after a day of adventure, but the overall maintenance of the hotel could use some attention.
